AggressiveEmail/web sharing55-75%
ExtremeMaximum compression75-90%

Tip: Start with Standard. If you need smaller files, try Aggressive. Use Lossless when preserving original quality is critical.

What Gets Compressed?

ShrinkNote analyzes your presentation and applies multiple compression techniques:

  • Images: Resized to match actual display size, converted to modern formats
  • Videos: Re-encoded with efficient codecs (H.265/HEVC)
  • Duplicates: Identical images stored only once
  • Metadata: Undo history and caches removed

Your text, animations, and transitions are preserved exactly as you created them.

Free vs. Paid

  • Free: 5 clean exports (no watermark), unlimited watermarked exports
  • Personal: Unlimited clean exports with built-in presets
  • Pro: Custom presets, watch folders, CLI access
